What does the SWAT Colors (vest patch) mean to you? When I see the SWAT colors, I think about a group of strong women coming together and changing lives one at a time, as well as taking the women of the Communities and showing them that their lives can change and they can change others too; especially without feeling as if they are Prisoners of Society but rather they can take on Society feeling Safe and Secure in Sisterhood, which is all in the same as what the SWAT colors promote. At that point and time I felt like I was having a panic attack trying to get my helmet off while he was sitting there watching; and this BAMMA had the nerve to say get back on the back and come on or stay here because he was about to go to the mall. Needless to say, when I looked up to cuss him out—YES, everybody and their mother was looking at me. I couldn’t believe I was about to own my first bike AND the store, all in the same week. But, for real…..my throttle was sensitive and And, Finally what advice would you give to a novice rider and/or future prospective member of SWAT? My advice would be always remember, safety is first!
