What does the SWAT Colors (vest patch) mean to you?

he SWAT Colors represent true sisterhood and respect for a common interest. 

What is your first Motorcycling memory? 

My very first memory is “back-seating” with my father and him using his elbows to ensure that I was holding tight around his waist.  I know, “awwww”

What is your most embarrassing Motorcycling memory? 

My most embarrassing motorcycling memory would be… the second week after I purchased my bike, I was getting on to take a ride, and I forgot to unlock the wheel before sitting… So… I swung my leg over and sat down, but was unable to balance the bike since I couldn’t turn the wheel.  Needless to say.. it toppled, right over…IN MY CARPORT…

And, Finally what advice would you give to a novice rider and/or future prospective member of SWAT? 

My advice would be 1) Take the BRC as it lays a great foundation for safely riding! 2) Ride because it’s what you truly have a passion to do.  If you are afraid, extremely nervous or your heart doesn’t feel good when you turn the throttle….DON’T GET ON.   3) For a prospect, I will say that there is not likely another organization or club who will make you feel as though you are truly an asset to the team nor is their another organization who will make YOUR safety their priority like SWAT-Richmond!!!!  Pray and Be Blessed ……….
